河南省农业科学院SCI收录文献特征分析

摘  要：
为正确认识和评价河南省农业科学院不同直属科研机构的学术现状,以Web of Science收录的河南省农科院2011—2015年产出文献为数据源,按照资助基金类型不同将其进行分类,用文献计量学和科学计量学方法,将不同类别文献的数量、被引频次、影响因子等具有统计意义的指标及其他绩效评价指标进行了对比,并对合作关系、学科分布进行了分析.结果表明,根据统计指标的需要进行清洗、规范和补录后,得到有效文献279条.国家自然科学基金资助项目(NSFC)基金文献(第一项基金为NSFC)、其他基金文献、无基金文献占比分别为32.3%、60.2%、7.5%.NSFC基金文献占比表现为上升趋势,2015年较2011年提高了13.5个百分点.NSFC基金文献涉及学科24个,产出文献最多的前5个学科为生物学、病毒学、昆虫学、农艺学和植物科学.不同直属科研机构文献数量、文献基金类型差别很大,这与各直属科研机构主要工作内容及综合科研实力相一致.且文献在少部分个人(团队)身上的集中度非常明显,其中,以ZHANG G P和ZHANG H Y为通信作者的文献最多,所发表文献的篇数、合计被引次数、篇均被引次数均较高.被引次数排名TOP 20的文献具有如下特点:文献所属刊物的影响因子一般较高,文献多为合作发表,研究方向多为生物学.

摘  要：
In order to understand and evaluate the academic status of different scientific research institutions of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the documents outputted by Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2011 to 2015 collected by Web of Science were used as data sources,and were classified according to endowment fund.With bibliometrics and scientometrics as the methods,the statistically significant indicators and other performance evaluation indicators, such as the number,citation frequency,impact factors,etc.were compared among different types of documents, and the cooperative relationship and subject distribution were analyzed.The results showed that,279 valid references were obtained after cleaning, standardizing and supplementing according to the needs of statistical indicators.The proportions of national natural science foundation of China(NSFC)fund documents(the first fund was NSFC),other fund documents, and non-fund documents were 32.3%,60.2%,and 7.5%,respectively.The proportion of NSFC fund documents showed an upward trend,which increased by 13.5 percentage points in 2015 compared with 2011.The NSFC fund documents covered 24 disciplines,and the top five disciplines with the most outputted documents were biology,virology,entomology,agronomy and botany.The number of documents and the type of document funds of different scientific research institutions were significantly different,which was consistent with the main work of each institution and the comprehensive scientific research strength.Moreover, the concentration of the documents on individual personal(teams) was very obvious.The number of documents with ZHANG G P and ZHANG H Y as the corresponding authors was the most,and the number of documents published, the total number of citations and the average number of citations were higher.The documents ranked TOP 20 in citations had the following characteristics:The impact factors of the publications were generally higher,most of the documents were co-authored,and most of the research directions were biology.
