摘  要:
选择40只中国白兔测定其血液和器官组织中硒的含量。分别将其血液、肝脏、肾脏、心脏和腿肌用硝酸和高氯酸消化使硒游离出来。在微酸性环境下,硒与2,3-二氨基萘(DAN)生成有较强荧光的物质,用环己烷萃取,在激发波长378nm、荧光波长518nm处测定其荧光强度,从而确定硒的含量。

摘  要:
China White Rabbits are selected to determine the content of selenium in their blood and tissue organs. Blood, liver, kidney, heart and leg muscle are assimilated by nitric acid and perchloric acid separately to make the selenium dissociate out under the little acid environment. Selenium and 2,3-Diaminonphthalene (DAN) produce the material with relatively strong fluorescence, extracts with cyclohexane, excites wavelength 378nm, fluorescence wavelength 518nm office determine their fluorescence intensity.
