大连市城镇化质量提升过程土地保障措施研究

摘  要：
为解决大连城镇化质量提升过程中土地保障方面的问题,对质量提升过程中土地保障现状进行了研究,并分析了土地保障模式、土地供应结构及交通、环保和公共服务设施类项目用地选址存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了差别化的土地保障模式、土地供应结构的合理化和项目用地加强与相关规划衔接的保障措施,以期为大连城镇化质量提升过程中土地保障问题提供科学依据和技术支持。

摘  要：
In order to solve the Dalian urbanization quality land security problems in the process of ascension, this paper studies the current situation of land security in the process of quality improvement, and analyzes the land security model, land supply structure and land use for transportation, environmental protection and public service facilities.The problems existing in the site have pointed out the differential land security model, the rationalization of the land supply structure, and the safeguard measures for the project land consolidation and related planning, in order to provide a scientific basis and technical supportfor the land security issue in the process of Dalian urbanization quality improvement.
