微波辐射处理电镀废水试验研究

摘  要:
[目的]探讨采用微波辐射技术处理电镀废水的效果。[方法]以颗粒活性炭为催化剂,以电镀废水为处理对象,将家用微波炉(LG,700 W)改装为试验装置,并使其能进行回流试验,建立了微波辐射处理工艺,根据CODCr、氰化物和铜等指标分析评价其处理效果,并通过建立线性回归方程,研究微波辐射时间与处理效果的关系。[结果]微波辐射技术对电镀废水中的CODCr、氰化物以及重金属铜的处理效果显著,对CODCr、氰化物、重金属铜的最高去除率分别达到78.0%、99.9%和87.0%,对CODCr和氰化物的最佳处理时间分别为140和120 s。微波辐射时间与CODCr浓度和氰化物浓度呈线性相关,与重金属铜的浓度呈指数相关。[结论]用微波辐射技术处理电镀废水工艺简单、操作便捷,具有可行性。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the effect of treating the electroplating wastewater by using microwave radiation.[Method] With granule active carbon as the catalyst and the electroplating wastewater as the treating object,the household microwave oven(LG,700 W)was refitted into the tested installation that could be made for circumfluence test so as to establish the microwave radiation treatment technology.Its treatment effect was evaluated on base of the analysis on the indexes such as CODCr,cyanide and the cooper and the relationship between the microwave radiation time and the treatment effect were studied through setting up the linear equation.[Result] The the microwave radiation technique had significant effect of treating the CODCr,cyanide and the cooper in the electroplating wastewater,with the removal efficiency of CODCr,cyanide and cooper being 78.0%,99.9% and 87.0% resp.The optimum microwave radiation times for CODCr and cyanide were 140 and 120 s.The microwave radiation times showed a linear correlation to the concn.of CODCr and cyanide and had an exponential correlation to the cooper concn.[Conclusion] Treating the electroplating wastewater by using microwave radiation technique had the characteristic of simple thechnology and convenient operation,so it had good feasibility.
