摘 要:
研究了外来入侵植物加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)和本地杂草的根际土壤水浸液对豇豆、小白菜和辣椒3种不同科的蔬菜作物种子萌发率和萌发速率的影响。结果显示:①加拿大一枝黄花根际土壤水浸液显著降低了种子萌发率和萌发速率,且浓度越高降低得越多;②本地杂草根际土壤水浸液对种子萌发率没有影响,但显著降低了种子的萌发速率,且总的趋势是萌发速率随水浸液浓度升高而降低;③3种受试植物间的萌发率差异不明显,但辣椒的萌发速率显著较低。

摘 要:
Effect of water extract from rhizospheric soil of exotic invasive plant Solidago canadensis and native weeds on germination rate and speed of three kinds of vegetable seed were tested.These three types of vegetable crop,Vigna unguiculata L.,Brassica rapa L.and Capsicum frutescens L.,belong to three different families.The main results were as follows: ①water extracts from rhizospheric soil of S.canadensis significantly lowered the germination rate and speed,and with the increasing of the water extracts concentration,germination rate and speed declined;②water extracts from rhizospheric soil of native weeds showed no significant effect on the germination rate,but significantly declined germination speed,and on the whole the germination speed declined with the increase of the water extracts concentration;③germination rate among these three tested vegetable crops indicated no significant difference,but the seed germination speed of C.frutescens was significantly lower than that of the other two vegetable crops.
