RNA干扰机制及应用研究进展

摘  要:
RNA干扰是外源和内源的双链RNA(double-strand RNA,dsRNA)特异性诱导生物体内同源靶基因mRNA的降解,从而导致转录后基因沉默的现象。目前对于RNA干扰机制已有深入研究,同时RNA干扰在抑制有害基因表达、功能基因组学及基因治疗等方面的应用研究也取得了较大进展。现主要综述了RNA干扰的作用机制、作用特点和技术应用等方面的研究进展。

摘  要:
RNA interference is the process of the post-transcriptional gene silencing in which it degraded endogenous mRNA specifically by the mediation of corresponding double stranded RNA.Many studies on the mechanism of RNA interference were made.RNAi provided a new tool for studing gene function,gene therapy and inhibit the expression of unfavorable genes.The mechanism,the characteristics and application of RNAi were reviewed in this paper.
