摘  要：
地震的发生往往可以影响到一个地区乃至所属省市的经济、文化的发展状况,因此构建震后文化,优化震后文明发展是保证地方经济稳定和发展的重要手段。针对阿坝藏族羌族自治州汶川县震后公共文化服务体系的建设进行了讨论,提出了汶川县农村公共文化服务体系建设策略,为该地区震后的发展出谋划策。

摘  要：
The occurrence of earthquakes can affect the economic and cultural development of a region and even the provinces and cities.Therefore,the construction of the post-earthquake culture and the optimization of the development of the post-earthquake civilization are the important means to ensure the stability and development of the local economy.The construction of the public cultural service system after the earthquake in Wenchuan County of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture was discussed.The construction strategy of the rural public cultural service system in Wenchuan county was put forward to make suggestions for the development of the region after the earthquake.
