围栏封育对伊犁绢蒿非结构碳水化合物的影响

摘  要:
【目的】探讨围栏封育对伊犁绢蒿储藏营养物质-非结构性碳水化合物积累有没有影响,同时确定合理的封育时间后实施放牧,为今后荒漠草地生态系统管理和合理利用提供一定的基础资料和科学理论依据。【方法】对不同围栏年限的伊犁绢蒿根系、茎部和叶的非结构碳水化合物(可溶性糖、淀粉)的含量变化进行测定分析。【结果】(1)伊犁绢蒿主要储藏性非结构性碳水化合物为淀粉,主要贮藏部位为茎部;非结构碳水化合物含量表现为8月最高(16.67%),5月最低(6.29%),说明伊犁绢蒿非结构碳水化合物积累易受季节因素影响,并且随时间变化淀粉含量先升高后降低,呈倒"V"字型变化。(2)围栏封育显著促进了伊犁绢蒿根系和茎部非结构碳水化合物含量的积累,而对叶部无显著影响;围栏封育4和2 a年后伊犁绢蒿可溶性糖含量高于放牧区,而淀粉含量表现出来的规律不明显。封育4 a与封育2 a之间非结构碳水化合物的含量变现出来的差异不显著。【结论】随着封育时间的增长,储藏物质增加到一定限度后保持稳定,此时牧草再生能力较强,适当利用反而有利于植被恢复。与放牧区相比,对于围栏封育4 a试验区内的伊犁绢蒿,应该在春秋两季利用可能更有利于其恢复;但围栏2 a试验区封育的效果不是很显著,有必要继续封育。

摘  要:
【Objective】This paper studies whether fenced enclosure has any effect on the accumulation of the nonstructural carbohydrates(NSC,including water soluble sugar and starch) in Seriphidium transiliense and determine reasonable enclosing time to begin grazing,which will provide some foundational information and scientific theory for administration of the ecological system of the desert grassland and reasonable using.【Method】The effects of different enclosure years on the NSC accumulation in the different tissue(root,stubbles and leaves) of S.transiliense is investigated and analyzed.【Result】(1)The major reserve was starch that mainly stored in stubbles,the NSC of S.transiliense showed the highest content in August(16.67%) and lowest in May(6.29%).This indicated that the accumulation of NSC in Seriphidium transiliense is easily influenced by seasonal factors,and with the change of time,the content of starch first increased and then decreased,the trend emerged in a inverse "V" pattern.(2) Enclosure significantly increased the accumulation in NSC in root and stubbles(p<0.05),but no significatn effects on NSC in leaves.After enclosure for four years and for two years the water soluble sugar of S.transiliense was obviously increasing.However,the starch accumulation is not consistent.The change of NSC content of S.transiliense is not significant between enclosure for four years and for two years.【Conclusion】With the increasing of the time of enclosure,stored nutritive materials retains stabilization.Regeneration capacity of pasture is better,reasonable using could achieve better vegetation's recovery.Compared with grazing area,S.transiliense in the test region with four-year enclosure should be utilized in spring and autumn to help with its better recovery.But the effect of the test region two-year enclosure is not significant,which is necessary to continue the enclosure.
