周口市不同绿地大型土壤动物多样性调查研究

摘  要：
[目的]为了解城市不同绿地大型土壤动物的分布规律。[方法]2009年4～5月份对周口市常见的4种不同绿地为研究对象,进行大型土壤动物多样性的调查研究。对调查样地采用随机定点、分层取样,手拣法野外采集大型土壤动物,在实验室内分析鉴定。[结果]共采获到大型土壤动物927只,隶属3门7纲14目。从总体讲,其中优势类群为柄眼目、正蚓目和膜翅目,分别占总捕获量的12.08%、21.25%和22.87%。常见类群为同翅目、蜘蛛目和鞘翅目幼虫等,分别占总捕获量的8.85%、7.12%和6.80%等。其余类群为稀有类群。多样性指数表现为苗圃绿地>防护绿地>公园绿地>道路绿地,但各调查样地的优势种类和常见种类有所不同。垂直分不显示大型土壤动物有明显的表聚现象。[结论]人为干扰较小的环境大型土壤动物的数量和种类较多。

摘  要：
In order to understand the distribution of the soil macro-fauna in the different greenbelts from March to May,2009,soil animal communities from 4 greenbelts in Zhoukou City were investigated.We collected the soil macro-fauna by the hand-sorting method.A total of 927 soil animals were captured and identified in the experiment,which belong to 3 phyla.7 classes and 14 orders.The results showed that Stylommatophora、Lumbricide and Hymenoptera were dominant species,accounting for 12.08%,21.25% and 22.87% of the total capture respectively.The common groups were Homoptera.Araneae,and Coleoptera larvae,accounting for 8.85%.7.12% and 6.80% respectively.The rest was rare species.the diversity index was Nursery greenbelt>Defend greenbelt>Park greenbelt>Road greenbelt,but the dominant communities and common group animals were different in different sample plots.The vertical distribution of soil macro-fauna had obvious surface assembly.The facts illustrated that environments which had less anthropogenic interference factors had more quantities and groups of soil animals.
