摘要：

从警情指标的设置原则、警情指标体系的构成、警情指标警级设置原则、警情指标警级设置四方面对建立中国天然橡胶预警预报系统进行探讨,并以1996~2001年的相关数据进行分析检验,结果完全符合当时的状况。
