F-T柴油引燃甲醇均质混合气的HCII燃烧特性研究

摘  要:
以F-T柴油为基础燃料,采用进气道喷甲醇的方式,在增压中冷柴油机上进行二元燃料的HCII燃烧试验。通过试验探究HCCI燃烧模式对F-T甲醇柴油机的燃烧特性、动力性、经济性和排放性的影响,以及滞燃期对混合燃料缸内燃烧状态的影响。试验结果表明:在燃烧特性方面,F-T/甲醇柴油组合燃料的滞燃期较长,放热峰值增大;在动力性方面,F-T柴油和F-T/甲醇柴油组合燃料的输出功率和输出转矩相差不大,略低于0#柴油;在燃油经济性方面,M5、M10、M15三种F-T/甲醇组合燃料的油耗率依次降低,M15的替代比最高,燃油经济性最好;在减排方面NOX和碳烟排放得到明显改善。

摘  要:
Taking F-T diesel as the baseline fuel,the methanol injection at intake port experiments are carried in a turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine.The impacts of Homogeneous Charge Induced Ignition on the combustion characteristic,power performance,fuel economy and emission characteristics and the ignition delay period are researched in this article.The results show that,compared with the F-T diesel fuel and F-T diesel,both the ignition delay period and exothermic peak of Methanol/F-T diesel blended fuel increase.In respect of power performance,the gap of the output power and output torque between F-T diesel and methanol/F-T diesel blending fuels is small,slightly lower than 0#diesel.In respect of fuel economy,the fuel consumption rate of M5,M10 and M15methanol/F-T blended fuel reduced in turn.In respect of emission characteristics,NOXand soot emission of blended fuels are both improved obviously.
