摘 要：
There is about 10 thousand km~(2) of sand area in muddy and coarse sand area of middle Yellow River. Sediment by wind erosion has a definite influence on coarse sand in the Yellow River, but the influence is slight, sediment by wind erosion is not the main source of coarse sand of the Yellow River. The rivers in desert areas can not form high sediment flow, only the areas with both wind erosion and water erosion can become intensive erosion and sediment-raising area. The ratio of sediment transportation to movement of rivers in sandy areas is far less than 1.
