摘  要：
本文阐述了鳝鱼养殖中存在的问题,指出生态养殖、健康养殖与无公害动物产品生产的区别。根据鳝鱼特殊的生态习性,提出了鳝鱼生态工程(生态养殖)的概念和类型,并以实例说明生态工程是鳝鱼人工养殖的一条有效技术途径。

摘  要：
The paper expounds the questions existing in the rice eel's culture, pointing out the difference among ecological culture、healthy culture and publically harmless production of animals. By way of special ecological characteristics of the rice eel, the paper puts forward the concept and types of rice eel's ecological engineering (ecological culture)and affirms that ecological engineering is an effective techological approach of the rice eel's culture.
