温度及盐胁迫对新疆两种沙棘种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
以两种沙棘属种子为研究对象,分析不同变温条件下种子萌发特点和不同盐浓度下种子的耐受性,为该属植物的种子繁殖、开发利用和植被恢复中的应用提供基础理论依据和技术参考。结果表明:5/2℃低温完全抑制了种子的萌发,温度的升高对种子萌发具有明显的促进作用,俄罗斯沙棘与中亚沙棘种子萌发的最适变温均为30/15℃。盐胁迫条件下,两种沙棘种子发芽率、发芽指数与盐浓度之间存在着显著的负相关关系,低于0.15 mol/L的NaCl溶液对俄罗斯沙棘、中亚沙棘种子萌发的影响不显著,大于0.15 mol/L时发芽率显著下降。当NaCl溶液大于0.30 mol/L时,沙棘种子萌发表现为全部抑制,转移至蒸馏水后,种子仍具有一定的萌发能力,恢复萌发率表现为随盐溶液前处理浓度的升高而降低的趋势。分析表明中亚沙棘种子萌发期耐盐性强于俄罗斯沙棘,种子萌发期的耐盐能力与生境土壤盐分含量的高低表现出一致性,这可能与两种沙棘所处的环境相关。

摘  要:
Seeds of two species of natural genera of Hippophae rhamnoides L. in Xinjiang were dealt with different temperature and salt concentrations to analyze their tolerance under different temperature conditions and the characteristics of seed germination under different salt concentrations were investigated so as to provides basic theoretical basis and technical reference for the seed breeding,exploitation and utilization of this plant and vegetation restoration. The results showed that low temperature of 5/2 ℃ completely inhibited the seed germination; increase of temperature had obvious effect on seed germination,the optimum temperature for the germination of Hippophae rhamnoides L. seed was 30/15 ℃. Under salt stress,the germination index was significantly negatively correlated with salt concentration for the seeds of the two species; the solution of lower than Na Cl 0.15 mol/L had little effect on the germination of Hippophae rhamnoides L.seed; the germination rate decreased sharply when the solution was higher than 0. 15 mol/L. When the Na Cl solution was higher than0.30 mol/L,the seed germination of Hippophae rhamnoides L. was completely inhibited,after being transferred to distilled water,the seed still had certain ability of germination,the recovery germination rate decreased with increasing concentration of salt solution for pretreatment. The analysis showed that the salt tolerance of Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.turkestanica Rousi during its seed germination was slightly stronger than that of Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp.turkestanica Rousi×Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp. mongolica cv.Rousi.The level of salt tolerance was consistent with the soil salt content of the habitat,which might be relevant to the environment of Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.turkestanica Rousi.
