新型蔗带秤在甘蔗糖厂的应用机理研究

摘 要：
针对甘蔗糖厂压榨输送系统对蔗料输送在线计量的高精度要求,在借鉴皮带秤计量研究的基础上,建立了蔗带秤的秤体设计方案,结合秤体结构方案对其特性响应曲线和传递系数作出探讨分析,并得出了蔗带秤的数学计量模型,为蔗带秤的优化设计提供借鉴。

摘 要：
According to high precision requirements of sugarcane layer transmission online measurement in sugar mill press conveyor system,the designing scheme of suspension balance body of cane chain plate scale was established based on belt scale measurement research,and we analyzed its characteristic response curve and transmittance coefficient according to scale structure scheme,and received measuring mathematical model of sugarcane belt scale,which served as a reference for optimal design of sugarcane belt scale.
