中草药添加剂对奶牛乳腺上皮细胞增殖及泌乳性能影响

摘  要：
为探讨中草药添加剂对奶牛乳腺上皮细胞泌乳功能的影响,选取3种与泌乳功能相关的中药(甲珠、通草、蒲公英),应用CASY细胞分析仪及HPLC分别检测其对奶牛乳腺上皮细胞增殖、细胞活力及乳腺上皮细胞分泌β-酪蛋白、乳糖的影响。试验结果表明,通草对乳腺上皮细胞泌乳性能影响不显著(P>0.05);甲珠和蒲公英对奶牛乳腺上皮细胞β-酪蛋白和乳糖分泌有显著的促进作用(P<0.05),并呈一定的剂量依赖效应,综合考虑确定蒲公英30 mg/mL为其最佳作用浓度。

摘  要：
Three Chinese herbs were selected to study the lactating function of dairy cow mammary gland epithelial cells(DCMECs) including pangolin scales,medulla tetrapanacis and dandelion.The proliferations and viabilities of DCMECs were determined by CASY?-technique,while the expressions of β-casein and lactose of DCMECs were determined by HPLC.DCMECs were treated at different herb concentrations,in order to investigate the influence of three herbs on the proliferation and lactation.The results showed that medulla tetrapanacis had no obvious effect on the lactation of cells(P<0.05).pangolin scales and dandelion both could significantly enhanced the expression of β-casein(P<0.05) and the secretion of lactose(P<0.05),corresponding with dose effect,the best concentration is 30 mg/mL.
