Freshly pressed edible oils need to be aired to cool down before filling. This paper puts forward a design scheme of a multifunctional fast cooling equipment for pressing edible oil, and expounds the design principle, principle composition, characteristic innovation and market value of the equipment. It has reference significance for the design of fast cooling equipment for pressing edible oil.
