3种复配杀菌剂对根霉和平菇栽培病害的防治效果

摘  要:
将常见食用菌杀菌剂多菌灵、使百功、克霉灵按1∶1比例两两复配制成混合药剂,测定复配杀菌剂对根霉的抑制效果及在平菇发酵料栽培中的使用效果,旨在筛选适合平菇栽培的复配杀菌剂。结果表明:复配杀菌剂使百功+多菌灵、使百功+克霉灵、多菌灵+克霉灵对根霉的EC50值(有效中浓度)均小于对平菇的EC50值,且抑制根霉的增效系数分别为2.417 2、4.907 3、1.368 4,表现为增效、增效和相加作用。在平菇的栽培试验中,3种复配杀菌剂处理在添加剂量为0.05%和0.1%时,平菇菌丝满袋时间比不使用药剂(对照)缩短1.9~4.8 d,比同剂量单药处理缩短0~7.0 d;0.1%使百功+多菌灵和0.05%~0.1%使百功+克霉灵处理生物转化率比对照增加11.6~14.9个百分点,并显著高于同剂量下的单药处理7.1~12.2个百分点;除0.05%多菌灵+克霉灵处理外,3种复配杀菌剂所有剂量处理的污染率均低于对照及其对应的同剂量单药。在平菇栽培中,复配杀菌剂的防杂增产效果优于单药。

摘  要:
In order to screen appropriate compound fungicides for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation,this experiment determined the effect of three compound fungicides,which were prepared using two kinds of common fungicides for edible fungi( three in total,including Shibaigong,Carbendazim,Mepartricin) with ratio of 1∶ 1,on Rhizopus and Pleurotus ostreatus under fermented material cultivation. The results showed that Shibaigong + Carbendazim,Shibaigong + Mepartricin and Carbendazim + Mepartricin compound fungicides had a lower EC50 value to Rhizopus than to P. ostreatus. Their synergistic coefficients for inhibiting Rhizopus were 2. 417 2,4. 907 3,1. 368 4,showing the effects of synergism,synergism and additive action respectively. In the cultivation of P. ostreatus,the bag full time of P. ostreatus mycelium with the three compound fungicides at the concentration of 0. 05% and 0. 1% was 1. 9—4. 8 d shorter than CK( no fungicide applied),and was 0—7. 0 d shorter than the single-drug treatment at the same concentration.The yield of 0. 1% Shibaigong + Carbendazim and 0. 05% —0. 1% Shibaigong + Mepartricin treatments increased by 11. 6—14. 9 percentage points compared with CK,and significantly increased by 7. 1—12. 2percentage points compared with the single-drug treatment at the same concentration. At the same time,the contamination rate of all the compound-drug treatments was reduced when compared with CK and the single-drug treatment at the same concentration. In a word,the compound fungicide treatments have higheryield and better control effects on the bacteria in cultivation of P. ostreatus.
