贵州紫云山苍子果实与核仁油的GC/MS分析

摘  要:
以水蒸气蒸馏提取山苍子果实与果核挥发油为研究对象,采用GC-MS分析和鉴定其组分。结果表明,从山苍子果实中鉴定出20种挥发性化合物(占挥发油总量的93.57%),包括柠檬醛(69.22%)和柠檬烯(8.69%)等,从其果核中鉴定出7种挥发性化合物(占挥发油总量的92.27%),包括葵酸乙脂(37.44%)、十八烯酸乙脂(21.95%)和十二烷酸乙脂(21.29%)。由于山苍子果实与果核中挥发油的主要成分和含量差异较大,果实挥发油入药和果核油在工业运用中都应认真区别对待。

摘  要:
The chemical components in the fruit and kernel of Litsea cubeba were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed that 20 volatile components were identified(accounting for 93.57% of total essential oil) in the fruit,including citral(69.22%) and limonene(8.69%).7 volatile components were identified(accounting for 92.27% of total essential oil) in the kernel,including sunflower acid acetate(37.44%),octadecenoic acid acetate(21.95%),dodecanoic acid acetate(21.29%).In a conclusion,the main components and relative percent were different between the fruit and kernel,so their volatile oil used as medicine and industrial material should be treated differently.
