中国农村家庭宗族网络代际收入状况及流动性趋势研究

摘  要：
户籍制度"松绑"之前,中国农村的家庭宗族网络一直承担着生产、分配和消费经济资源及负载着经济和社会地位提升的代际传递功能。对家庭宗族网络代际收入转移的研究是探寻农村居民收入不平等的一个重要切入点,探究核心目的是最大程度地打破其与经济、社会和政治地位相捆绑的"富二代"、"农二代"等身份给其带来的分配不公现象。鉴于此,笔者基于CHNS调查数据对农村家庭宗族网络代际收入进行测度,发现其对下一代的收入有显著影响;家庭宗族网络代际收入弹性呈现出"骤降"到"骤升"的变化态势。要进一步消除由于家庭宗族网络带来的收入和机会的不均等问题,应强化农村市场信贷机制及农村养老保障、医疗保障及最低生活保障等的投入力度,让农村家庭的土地资本、人力资本等也能够参与分配,继续深化收入分配、遗产赠与及税收等方面的改革。

摘  要：
Before the household registration system is relaxed,the family clan network in rural China has been responsible for the production,distribution and consumption of economic resources,and it has been loading of intergenerational upgrading economic and social status of the transfer function. Research on the family clan network of intergenerational income transfer is exploring an important starting point for the inequality on rural residents income,and to explore the core objective is to the greatest degree of breaking its economic,social and political status which is bundled with the "affluent 2nd generation","agriculture 2nd generation"identity which brings unfair phenomena. In view of this,we use the CHNS survey data to measure the rural family and clan network of intergenerational income based on the significant influence,and we find that it has a significant effect on the next generation's income. Family and clan network of intergenerational income elasticity shows "sag"to "jump "trend. We think that we should do three things in order to further eliminate the family clan network,which brings inequality of income and opportunity problem. 1. Strengthen the investment of rural credit market mechanism,the rural endowment insurance,medical insurance and minimum living guarantee. 2. Letting the rural households' land capital,human capital also can participate in the distribution. 3. Continue to deepen the reform of income distribution and other aspects of the estate and gift tax.
