50%环氧虫啶水分散粒剂的配方研究

摘  要：
介绍了50%环氧虫啶水分散粒剂的制备方法,并简述了其特点、配方选择、质量技术标准及贮存稳定性等。通过对润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂等助剂的筛选,确定最佳配方为环氧虫啶50%,润湿剂A2%,分散剂B 3%,Morwet D-500 5%,REAX 88B 3%,崩解剂D 9%,pH调节剂E 5%,固体消泡剂Tanafoam SLX 0.5%,填料C 13%,硅藻土补至100%。试验结果表明:该产品分散性好,悬浮率≥90%,润湿时间<30s,崩解时间<60 s,热贮[(54±2)℃,14d]分解率<4%,各项指标符合水分散粒剂的要求。

摘  要：
This paper introduces the preparation method of cycloxaprid 50% water dispersible granules and shows its characteristics,formula screening,quality and technical standards and storage stability.The optimum formula of cycloxaprid 50% WDG was confirmed through screening tests which was composed of cycloxaprid 50%,wetting agent A2%,dispersant B 3%,Morwet D-500 5 %,REAX 88B 3 %,disintegrant D 9%,pH regulator E 5%,solid defoamer Tanafoam SLX 0.5%,filler C 13%and diatomite adding to 100%.It was showed by the experimental test that cycloxaprid50%WDG gets excellent dispersion in water with suspension rate over 90%,wetting time less than 30 seconds,disintegrative time less than 60 seconds,and decomposition rate after heat storage less than 4%.The test indexes meet the requirements of WDG.
