日粮添加水解单宁酸对育肥猪生长性能、肠道抗氧化指标和经济效益的影响

摘  要:
文章旨在研究日粮添加水解单宁酸对育肥猪生长性能、肠道抗氧化指标和经济效益的影响.试验将 160头健康状况良好、体重 60 kg的"杜×长×大"育肥猪随机分为 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 8 头.基础日粮为玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加 0.015%、0.03%和 0.06%的水解单宁酸.试验结果表明,0.015%和0.03%水解单宁酸组育肥猪终末体重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),日粮添加 0.06%水解单宁酸对育肥猪终末体重和平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05);0.015%水解单宁酸组育肥猪料重比显著低于其他各组(P<0.05).此外,日粮添加水解单宁酸对育肥猪平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05).日粮添加 0.015%和 0.03%水解单宁酸可显著提高育肥猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低育肥猪血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05);日粮添加水解单宁酸可显著提高育肥猪血清总抗氧化能力和总超氧化物歧化酶能力(P<0.05);对过氧化氢酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05).本试验各处理组日粮单价分别为 3.1315、3.1372、3.1429 和 3.1543 元/kg,此外,本试验各组育肥猪增重成本分别为 10.14、9.11、9.81 和 10.24 元,毛利润分别为 212.77、292.90、241.13 和 208.24 元.综上所述,本试验条件下,日粮水解单宁酸最适添加量为 0.015%.

摘  要:
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of adding hydrolyzed tannic acid to the diet on the growth performance,intestinal antioxidant indicators,and economic benefits of fattening pigs.Choose 160 healthy individuals with a weight of around 60 kilograms×long×Large"finishing pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group,each with 8 pigs.The basic diet is a corn soybean meal type diet,with 0.015%,0.03%,and 0.06%hydrolyzed tannic acid added to the basic diet as the experimental diet.The experimental results showed that the addition of 0.015%and 0.03%hydrolyzed tannic acid to the diet significantly increased the final body weight and average daily gain of finishing pigs(P<0.05),while the addition of 0.06%hydrolyzed tannic acid to the diet had no significant effect on the final body weight and average daily gain of finishing pigs(P>0.05);The feed weight ratio of fattening pigs fed with 0.015%hydrolyzed tannic acid was significantly lower than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05).In addition,the addition of hydrolyzed tannic acid to the diet had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of fattening pigs(P>0.05).Adding 0.015%and 0.03%hydrolyzed tannic acid to the diet significantly increased the serum glutathione peroxidase activity of finishing pigs(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the serum malondialdehyde content of finishing pigs(P<0.05);Adding hydrolyzed tannic acid to the diet significantly increased the total antioxidant capacity and total superoxide dismutase activity of serum in finishing pigs(P<0.05);There was no significant effect on catalase activity(P>0.05).The feed unit prices of each treatment group in this experiment were 3.1315,3.1372,3.1429,and 3.1543 yuan/kg,respectively.In addition,the weight gain costs of each group of finishing pigs in this experiment were 10.14,9.11,9.81,and 10.24 yuan,and the gross profit was 212.77,292.90,241.13,and 208.24 yuan,respectively.In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of hydrolyzed tannic acid added to the diet is 0.015%.
