三线摆法测量复杂构件转动惯量的误差分析

摘  要:
阐述了三线摆法测量复杂构件转动惯量的原理及步骤,提出了利用转动惯量方程组来求解惯性积的方法。分析得出,对三线摆测试系统测量转动惯量的算式推导过程中的简化误差可达0.28%,使用三线摆法测量复杂构件的转动惯量,测量上下圆盘的半径、物体的质量、摆动周期等参数所引起的误差较大,累积各参数的测量误差可达5%。在详细分析论证的基础上,提出了减小误差的具体措施。

摘  要:
The principle and procedures of trilinear pendulum which is used to test the moment of inertia of complex components are elaborated. The equations of moment of inertia are presented to obtain the product of inertia. By analyzing the equations deduction of trilinear pendulum, the simplified error can be 0.28%. The parameters of the radius of upper and down round plates, the mass of objects, the cycle of swinging can be calculated through the method of trilinear pendulum, but the errors are greater and the aggregated measuring errors of the parameters can reach 5% or above. Based on the detailed analysis and provement, the methods of decreasing errors are proposed.
