摘  要：
基于公共财政的视角,根据河南省新型农村社区建设财政支持、金融融资、私人投资的现状,探索了公共财政支持新型农村社区建设中公共财政投入的问题与困境,提出了以公共财政支持为主导、以私人提供为补充、减少公共财政的"挤出"效应、吸收社会多元资金投入等对策建议。

摘  要：
From the angel of public finance,according to the status quo of financial support,financial investment and private investment for new-type rural community construction in Henan province,the paper explored the problems and difficulties in public financial investment for new-type rural community construction,and put forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: leading by public financial support,supplementing by private investment,reducing the extrusive effect of public finance,and attracting social diversified investment and so on.
