蔬菜水培系统的改进设计及应用试验

摘 要:
针对目前生产中推广应用的蔬菜水培装置存在的营养液温度偏低,根系缺氧等难题,对传统的蔬菜水培系统进行改进设计,并对其性能和效果进行了试验。结果表明:改进后水培系统的栽培槽能够充分吸收传导太阳辐射能,较好地积蓄热量,使营养液温度提高3~8℃,即使在低温季节营养液温度仍能保持在15℃以上;回液槽能够使回流的营养液多次产生落差碰撞,增加了营养液溶氧量,栽培槽内能形成根际空气层,使根际氧气供应充足,促进了根系生长;成本造价比传统装置降低30.11%。

摘 要:
Considering the present difficult problems of low nutrition solution temperature and oxygen shortage in root system,the traditional vegetable hydroponic systems were improved and their performance and effectiveness were tested. The result indicates: the improved hydroponic system greatly enhanced the performance of heat holding and oxygen enrichment,the cultivation trough could fully absorb and conduct the radiation energy of the sun to save heat,and make the nutrition solution temperatures rise by 3—8℃;even in the cold season,the nutrition solution temperature could still be kept more than 15℃,at the same time,the backflow nutrition solution could have many occasions to produce the gaps in order to collide;the oxygen content of nutrient solution could be increased,the cultivation trough could form the root border air layer,make root border oxygen in sufficient supply,thus promote the roots to grow;in addition,the cost prices of this cultivation trough was reduced greatly too,58% lower than the traditional one.
