浙江省长瓜炭疽病病原菌鉴定及其病原生物学特性研究

摘  要:
根据病原菌的形态特征、培养性状和致病性测定 ,浙江省长瓜炭疽病病原菌鉴定为Col letotriclumorbiculare (Berk .& .Mont.)Arx。OMA ,Czapek ,PDA是最适合该菌的培养基 ,菌丝在pH为 5~ 8生长较快 ,pH为 7~ 12时都能产生分生孢子 ,pH为 10~ 11时分生孢子和拟菌核产生量最多 ,pH在 6~ 8之间孢子萌发率最高。该菌在 10~ 30℃均能生长 ,其中 2 5℃为最适 ,分生孢子萌发最适温度为 2 5℃。该菌对多种单糖、双糖和多糖都能利用 ,蔗糖、葡萄糖和甘露糖为最适碳源 ,而氮源中有机氮比无机氮有利于菌丝生长和分生孢子的形成 ,酪蛋白水解物、谷氨酸、天门冬酰氨是最适宜的氮源

摘  要:
Calabash gourd anthranose reduces the production seriously.According to its morphology,cultural characteristics and host range,the pathogen was identified to be Colletotrichum orbiculare (Berk.&.Mont.)Arx.The biological characters of its mycelial growth,conidial formation and germination are first reported in this paper.The best medium for fungal growth was OMA,Czapek or PDA.The optimum temperature for hyplhal growth,conidial germination and pseudosclerotium production was 25℃.The optimum pH values of mycelial growth and conidial germination were 6~8.But the mycelia could grow in the condition of pH 3~12.The conidia could be produced in the condition of pH 7~12.A large number of conidia and pseudosclerotia could be produced in the condition of pH 10~11.The pathogen could use many carbohydrates,but the best carbon soures were sucrose,glucose and mannose.Of 11 nitrogen soures used in the experiment,organic nitrogen was better than inorganic nitrogen.Casein hydrolysate,Glu,Asn were the optimum nitrogen sources.
