摘要：

结合全国第二次土地调查的年度土地利用变更调查中3S集成方法应用的实际项目经验,大致介绍了3S集成技术的应用背景,详细介绍了变更调查的技术流程,并对3S集成技术应用在变更调查项目中的一些不足做出了总结,提出了改良意见,如:土地变更信息自动提取、不同坐标系转换等问题。

摘要：

Combined with the practical project experience that 3S integration technology is applied in the land-use change survey of the second national land survey,this paper introduced the application background of 3S integration technology and technological processes of the change survey minutely.In addition,some deficiencies for the application of the 3S integration technology in the change survey were summarized and some modified views were proposed,such as some problems,the automatic extraction of land change information,the conversion in different coordinate system,etc.
