热成像技术与近红外光谱技术结合无损检测西拉葡萄叶片水分含量

摘  要:
西拉是一个古老而优质的酿酒葡萄品种,改良其种植技术与方法越来越受到人们的关注。其中,葡萄植株水分含量的测定与控制对其种植与收获有很重要的影响,因此,寻找其快速简便且非破坏性的测量方法十分重要。为了探究实现对葡萄藤叶水分含量的无损且简便快捷的测量方法,用热成像技术与近红外光谱法结合对叶片水分进行检测,并找出其与叶片含水量之间的相对应关系。结果表明,使用热成像技术和近红外光谱技术分别测量葡萄藤叶片水分含量参数CWSI与IG,可以通过计算得出二者均与叶片水分丢失有明显的线性关系。热成像技术与近红外光谱法结合可以用来较为精确地测量叶片水分含量,同时做到快速无损。

摘  要:
Shiraz is one of the ancient and high quality wine grape varieties, improving its cultivation technologies and the methods are more and more important in current wine making industry. Grapevine water content measuring and control plays a significant role in its cultivation and harvest. Therefore, looking for a quick, easy and non-destructive measurement is very important. To explore the relations between grapevine water content and CWSI by thermal technology and NIR, this paper uses thermal imaging and near-infrared spectroscopy combination to test the leaf water content and temperature, and finding out their corresponding relation. The results show that the combination of thermal imaging technology and near-infrared spectroscopy can be used to measure the water content of grapevine leaf to come up to CWSI and IG, and show an obvious linear relation between them. Thermal imaging technology combined with near infrared spectroscopy can be used for more accurate measurements of leaf water content, and be quick and non-destructive at the same time.
