黔北黑猪BF基因遗传多态性分析

摘  要:
运用PCR及测序技术对黔北黑猪的BF基因进行了检测,并对该基因核苷酸序列进行分析。结果表明:第16外显子45 bp处发生A→C碱基突变,命名为:BF-exon16-A45C,产生3种基因型:CC型、AA型、AC型。3种基因型中,AA基因型频率为0.6875,CC基因型频率为0.125,AC基因型频率为0.1875。基因频率分别为:A:0.7812,C:0.2188。黔北黑猪猪群中的优势基因为A。此处突变是异义突变,可使编码的氨基酸由谷氨酸(E)变成天冬氨酸(D)。

摘  要:
Qianbei black pigs were genotyped using polymerase chain reaction and sequencing,properdin(BF) was analyzed by biological software.A single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) named as BF-exon 16-A45C was detected,and got three genotypes of CC,AC and AA.Although genotype and allele frequencies were uneven with 68.75%(AA),18.75%(AC),12.5%(CC) and 0.7812(A):0.2188(C),the allele A was the preferential one in Qianbei black pig population.This locus was missense mutations,leading to coding amino acids from glutamate(E) to aspartate(D).
