迎接历史性挑战,稳步推进我国高等农业教育改革

摘  要：
百年树人,功在教育。中国农业面临现代化基础薄弱、人口与资源矛盾激烈冲撞、生态环境问题突出、国际化竞争白热化、现代化人才数量严重不足、农业科学知识体系不完善等问题,使得农业教育正在成为国家最紧迫建设的部门。农业高等教育是国家人才培养与知识创新的源头,必将成为新一轮农业现代化建设的热点建设工程。着眼于未来建设大局,当前高等农业教育应当抓好的工作是:充分认识农业教育建设的基础地位,逐步完成农业科技、教育体系整合;积极充实、完善农业高等教育体系内容,提高农业高等教育质量水平;建设超一流教师队伍。

摘  要：
China agriculture is facing a serial of problems/challenges, such as: the weak nature fundaments on modern agricultural, the fury conflict between population and natural resources, the severe ecological problems, the intensity competition in international scale, the lack of skillful agricultural experts in a big gape, the minus agricultural education system, etc. for the time being,thus, it is forming an urgent component—agricultural education. Agricultural higher education (AHE) system is the resource of innovating knowledge and training experts in whole education system. Therefore, it should be focused as the key part to build in agricultural modernization. Facing the future development status, China AHE should pay attention to three aspects of work including merging agricultural research system and higher education system under the realization that education system is more fundament, enlarging the research scale, enriching the disciplines on agricultural science, so as to let AHE capable enough to serve whole agricultural construction in coming days,building a higher quality teacher's team.
