摘  要:
[Objective] To discuss the effect of Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress on germination and seedling growth of Phytolacaa acinosa Roxb.seed.[Method] The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and seedling survival rate of Phytolacaa acinosa Roxb.seed under different Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress were calculated,investigating effect of Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress on germination and planting of Phytolacaa acinosa Roxb.seed.[Result] In comparison with control,when concentration of Mn2+ and Fe2+ were lower than 1 000 and 45 mg/L respectively,the germination of Phytolacaa acinosa Roxb.seed varied insignificantly;effect of Mn2+ and Fe2+ stress on seedling growth was stronger than seed germination with critical concentration of 800 and 45 mg/L,respectively.[Conclusion] This case provides reference for restoring plants polluted by Mn2+ and Fe2+ in soil and water and provides scientific evidence for the cultivation of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb..
