利用S7-200PLC的3层离心式硬币清分机的开发

摘  要：
根据我国现有硬币清分机的实际情况,开发了一种性能良好、工作效率高的3层离心式硬币清分机,并对其主要工作部件的结构、工作原理、机电传动设计进行介绍,科学地计算运动参数,优化结构,证实运动合理性。开发的3层离心式硬币清分机实际清分量高达600枚/min,清分准确率98.4%,并且在清分过程中不出现卡币、拥堵、不出币现象,能高效快速地清分不同面值的硬币。

摘  要：
In view of the situation of Coin Counting and Sorting Machine in China,a new three-layer centrifugal Coin Counting and Sorting Machine with good performance and high efficiency was developed,and its structure of main working parts,operating principle and mechanical and electrical transmission design were introduced here.In addition,its motion parameters were scientifically calculated,its mechanical structure was optimized,and its rationality of movement was proved.The actual amount of counting and sorting of this machine was up to 600 coins per minute with classification accuracy of 98.4%,without coin stucking,jamming and loss.As a result,the machine developed could be able to efficiently count and sort coins with different face values.
