“本草-产安”对奶牛胎衣不下及产后生产性能的影响

摘 要：
选择1~4胎生产性能相似的产前健康荷斯坦牛20头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组10头。试验组奶牛产后立即灌服"本草-产安"1剂(温热红糖水送服),对照组奶牛产后立即灌服同体积的温热红糖水。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测奶牛胎盘组织中孕酮、雌激素、前列腺素和血管紧张素的含量,对奶牛产后主要临床指标及产后3个月内产奶量、乳成分及牛奶体细胞数进行分析,探讨中药制剂"本草-产安"预防胎衣不下的机理及对奶牛产后生产性能和牛奶质量的影响。结果显示,试验组奶牛胎衣不下发病率、子宫内膜炎发病率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),胎盘组织中孕酮水平显著低于对照组,血管紧张素Ⅱ水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组奶牛产后3个月内日均产奶量、乳脂率高于对照组,牛奶平均体细胞数显著低于对照组。试验结果表明,"本草-产安"对奶牛胎衣不下有较好的预防效果,同时可改善奶牛产后生产性能和牛奶质量。

摘 要：
To study the prevention mechanism of the trational Chinese herbal medicine "Bencao-Chanan" on retained placenta and effects on the postpartum production performance of dairy cows, twenty healthy Holstein perinatal cows(gestational times 1~4) with similar production performance were randomly divided into two groups of ten cows. The one as experimental group received a gavage of "Bencao-Chanan" after partusition immediately, the other one as control group were treated with the same volume of the warm brown sugar water. The changes of progesterone, estrogen, prostaglandins and angiotensin of placental tissue were monitored by enzyme-linked immunosrbent assay(ELISA). The major clinical indicators postpartum and postnatal milk yield, milk indicators within 3 months was analyzed. The results showed that the occurrence rate of retained placenta and endometritis of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. The progesterone level of placental tissue of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, while the angiotensin level of placental tissue was significantly higher than the control group.The experimental group had higher daily milk production and butterfat rate,but lower average somatic cell count than the control group.Results show that the"Bencao-Chanan"has a good preventive effect on preventing placeta relention of dairy cows,as well as improving cows’postpartum production performance.
