湿地松球花特性及其种子园配子比例研究

摘  要：
1991～1993年对浙江余杭长乐林场湿地松种子园球花在树冠中的分布、球花特征、花粉与胚珠数目及其比例进行了研究。结果表明，雌球花在树冠的上、中、下部分布分别为52.3％、32．7％及15．0％；雄球花则依次为6．4％、28．3％及65．3％，花粉的容重为470.30mg／cm3，每个花粉囊产花粉2715粒，平均每株产花粉3．3129×104粒，全园8．3651×1012粒。无性系间雄球花大小及雌球花苞鳞数、可育苞鳞与不可育苞鳞差异极显著、平均每个雌球花产苞鳞152．64个，可育苞鳞87．11个，胚珠174．11个，一株产胚珠9644．82个，全园4．5003×107个胚珠。雌雄配子比为1：1．8588×105。尚未达到中等授粉水平。应采用人工辅助授粉方以提高种子园产量和质量。

摘  要：
During 1991 ~ 1993 we have studied the cones distribution in the crown, the traits of cones, thenumber of pollen and ovule and gametic ratio in seed orchard of Pelliottii Engelm in Chang Le, YuHang,Zhejiang Province. The results show that the distribution of female cones in the upper,the middle and the lower crown are 52. 3 %, 32. 7 % and 15.0% ,and the male cones 6. 4 %, 28. 3 % and 65.3% in turn. The bulk density of pollen is 470.30mg/m3 . A pollen sac can produce 2715,a tree 3.3129×104 and 8. 3651×1012 pollens in seed orchard. There are obvious differences of morphologicaltraits of the male cone, the numbers of bract scale,the f'3rtile bract scale and the sterile bract scale among the clones A female cone can produce the bract scale 152. 64. the fertile bract scale 87. 11, andovule 174. 22 A tree can produce ovule 964 4. 80 and 4. 5003×107 in seed orchard The ratio of ovuleto pollen is 1: 1. 8588×105 The level of pollination in seed orchard is not up to middle one, so weshould Pollinate with man's help in order to produce more high quality seeds
