MDF热解液组分特性及其抑菌性能分析

摘  要:
为了解废弃人造板热解冷凝液中的抑菌活性成分,对不同热解条件下所得4种MDF热解液萃取分离得到酸性、碱性、中性组分,采用抑菌圈法测定其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径,采用菌丝生长抑制法测定其对绿色木霉和黑曲霉的菌丝生长抑制率,并利用气质联用仪对分离组分成分进行分析。结果表明,MDF热解液碱性组分主要是吡嗪类、嘧啶类等含N杂环化合物,酸性组分主要是酚类和酸类化合物;酸性组分对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿色木霉和黑曲霉的抑制效果最好,且500℃热解液分离得到的碱性组分和酸性组分抑菌效果更好。MDF热解液有较好的抑菌作用,其中主要抑菌化合物为酚类物质,其次是吡啶、吡嗪等含N杂环类物质。

摘  要:
In order to understand the antibacterial components of pyrolytic liquid of wasted wood-based boards,4 kinds pyrolytic liquids of medium density fiberboard(MDF)that were prepared from different conditions were fractionated into acidic,basic,and neutral components,from which the antimicrobial activities were examined:inhibition zone method was adopted to measure the diameter of inhibition circles anainst Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and the mycelial growth inhibition rate was used to test the rate of inhibition against Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger.Chemical constituents of the separated fractions were measured by GC-MS.It was found that the chemical constituents of basic fraction were mainly pyrazine,pyrimidine and other nitrogen heterocyclic compounds,for acid fraction,mainly phenolic acids and acidic compounds.The acidic fraction had the better inhibitory effect.Furthermore,basic and acidic fractions that were separated from the pyrolytic liquid collected at 500°C demonstrated better antimicrobial activity.The results showed that MDF pyrolysis liquid has good antimicrobial activity,among which the main compounds were phenols,followed by pyridine,pyrazine and other nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds.
