智能时代的到来,给人们的生活带来巨大变化。人工智能技术的发展进步给人类社会带来诸多便利的同时对我国法律的规制亦产生诸多挑战。本文从民法视野讨论智能机器人涉及的法律问题,从主体资格认定、人格权、个人信息、知识产权以及数据财产权等角度具体论述随着智能机器人科技的进步,我国民法也需进行适当调整。

摘  要：
The coming of the age of intelligence has brought great changes to people's lives.The development and progress of artificial intelligence technology has brought many conveniences to human society, and at the same time it has also brought many challenges to the regulation of our country's laws.This paper discusses the legal issues involved in intelligent robots from the perspective of civil law. It specifically discusses that with the progress of intelligent robot technology,China's civil law needs to be adjusted appropriately from the perspectives of subject qualification, personality right, personal information, intellectual property right and data property right.
