由于每年新生数量多,图书馆培训教育资源有限,使图书馆新生教育一直难于有效地开展。为了提高新生培训的效率和质量,探索了图书馆新生培训模式,即采用网络、多种培训形式和利用现代教育技术手段是开展图书馆新生培训的一条有效的途径。

摘  要:
Freshmen instruction is always a headache that puzzles academic libraries due to limited education resources versus a large number of freshmen.A reform is carried out in Beijing Forestry University Library in order to find out a solution and proves in success that combination of web and modern education means with multiple education means might be an effective way for academic library freshmen instruction.
