添加外源菌剂对蚕沙堆肥化效果的影响

摘  要:
以蚕沙为主要原料、蘑菇渣为辅料,利用密闭堆肥反应器进行好氧堆肥试验,研究添加外源菌剂对蚕沙堆肥化效果的影响。结果表明,添加外源微生物菌剂均可促进蚕沙堆肥快速升温并延长堆肥高温期,高温期(≥55℃)比对照延长3 d–4 d。添加微生物菌剂可加速蚕沙有机物的分解,促进堆肥腐殖化。两种菌剂无明显差异,效果相当。表明蚕沙堆肥化处理中添加外源菌剂对实现蚕沙快速堆肥有一定促进作用。

摘  要:
Experiments were conducted to study the effects of additions of two microbial agents on composting silkworm excrement and mushroom residues in closed composting reactors under aerobic conditions. The results showed that the additions of microbial agents could result in a shorter time to reach high composting temperatures while maintaining a longer duration of the high temperatures. Compared to non-treated control(CK), the duration of the high temperatures(>55 ℃) was 3-4 days longer. Additions of two microbial agents could accelerate the decomposition and humification of organic matter, but the effects of these two microbial agents were not significantly different. The results suggest that additions of microbial agents may shorten the time needed to finish composting process under industrial composting conditions.
