3种越橘叶片的比较解剖学研究

摘  要：
[目的]为了研究北方3个越橘主栽品种(北陆、北极星、埃利奥特)叶片解剖结构的差异。[方法]运用常规石蜡制片技术,对越橘叶片进行解剖结构观察。[结果]3个品种叶片均为背腹型叶,栅栏薄壁组织1～2层,北陆叶片海绵组织和主脉的较为发达,北极星其次,埃利奥特最差。[结论]3个品种的栅/海比排列顺序为北陆>埃利奥特>北极星。

摘  要：
[Objective] The research aimed to study the anatomical differences of leaf structure of three Vaccinium cultivars(Northland,Polaris and Elliott).[Method] Their anatomical structures were observed with the paraffin sectioning method.[Result] Their leaves structure belonged to the dorsal abdominal type.They had 1-2 layers of palisade parenchyma cells.The cultivar Northland had developed spongy parenchyma and leaf vein.The cultivar Polaris was next and the cultivar Elliott was underdeveloped one.[Conclusion] The order of the ratio of palisade parenchyma and spongy parenchyma was Northland > Eliott> Polaris.
