引进甘蔗新品种工艺性状研究

摘  要:
研究甘蔗新品种工艺性状,旨在为蔗区品种种植区划及糖厂榨季砍、运、榨计划安排提供科学依据。选择近年来经过初步试种综合农艺性状及产量表现较好的14个引进甘蔗品种为材料,在工艺成熟期不同时间对蔗茎进行主要工艺性状的研究,结果表明:赣蔗18号、福农15号、园林6号、台糖88/99、新台糖22号、CP84/1198属早熟高糖品种,这些品种可以作为榨季前期压榨的品种,在11月份至12月份入厂压榨,可取得较好的经济效益;C1-2003、粤糖96/86、园林8号、云蔗99/601、台糖98/0432为中熟中糖品种,宜在榨季中后期1月份以后入厂处理。综合工艺性状较好的品种有福农15号、新台糖22号、园林6号、台糖88/99。

摘  要:
In order to provide a scientific basis for the plantation zones of varieties in sugarcane zones and the arrangements of cutting -transportation-squeezing in sugar refineries, we research the processing qualities of new sugurcane varieties. After initial growing in recent years, choosing 14 sugarcane varieties introduced which had better comprehensive processing qualities as the material, researching the main processing qualities of sugarcane’s stem at different times in the process maturity. The results showed that: ganzhe18, funong15, yunlin6, T88/99, ROC22, and CP84/1198 were early-maturing with high sucrose content. These varieties can be pressed in early squeezing period and achieved better economic efficiency. We can send them to sugar refineries in November and December.C-2003,yuetang96/86,yuanlin8,yunzhe99/601,T98/0432 were middle-maturing with middle sucrose content, they are suitable to send to sugar refineries after January in mid-and late of squeezing period. Funong15, ROC22, yuanlin6, andT88/99 had better comprehensive processing qualities.
