摘  要:
[目的]建立小麦植株、麦粒和土壤中吡蚜酮的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。[方法]前处理结合QuEChERS法,乙腈作为提取溶剂,样品加水复溶后,经C18吸附分散剂净化,通过HPLC-MS/MS测定其吡蚜酮残留量。[结果]方法检出限为3.0×10~(-3) mg/L,平均回收率为84.0%~108.6%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~6.1%。[结论]该方法方便、快捷,溶剂使用量少且分析时间短,准确度、精密度和灵敏度均符合农药残留检测要求,适用于小麦和土壤中吡蚜酮残留的检测。

摘  要:
[Aims] The aims were to establish the detection method for pymetrozine residues in wheat plant, wheat grain and soil by HPLC/MS/MS. [Methods] The pymetrozine residues in wheat plant, wheat grain and soil were extracted with acetonitrile solution, pre-treated by QuEChERS method, purified by adsorption dispersant of C_(18), and determined by HPLC-MS/MS. [Results] The limit of detection of the method was 3.0 ×10~(-3) mg/L, the average recoveries were 84.0-108.6%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.8-6.1%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of convenient, quick, less solvent consumption and short analysis time, in addition, the accuracy, precision and sensitivity conform to the requirements of the pesticide residue detection, which is suitable for detection of pymetrozine residues in wheat and soil.
