摘 要：
中国已成为世界最大的植物油进口国,确保中国食用植物油供应是保民生和保油脂安全的重大的紧迫问题。与此相对照,中国丰富的木本油料资源基本上还处在沉睡中,加强开发木本油源具有重大意义。以茶子油、核桃油和橄榄油等主要木本油品为例,介绍木本油品的高营养价值和保健功能。最后着重提出,采取自主创新,转变方式,强化政策、资金、信贷和科技支持力度等必要措施,加快振兴中国木本油特色产业。

摘 要：
China has become the largest importer of vegetable oil in the world. To ensure edible oil supply in China is an urgent important issue on the protection of people's livelihood and edible oil supply security. In contrast,woody oil resources are very rich in China, while which aren' t exploited on the whole, so strengthening the exploitation of woody oil source is of great significance. The authors cited tea oil,walnut oil,olive oil and other major woody oils to introduce high nutrition value and healthy function of woody oil. Finally,necessary measures were put forward emphatically to accelerate the revitalizing of China's woody oil industry,such as taking independent innovation,transforming mode,as well as strengthening policy,capital,credit and technology support.
