现代管理学激励理论在茶企中的应用

摘  要:
科学完善的管理体系对企业发展和长久稳定有深远影响,现代管理理论涉及11个学派,管理方法丰富多样,激励理论属于管理心理学范畴。激励的作用是激发员工的敬业精神,提升企业的人力资源质量。中国茶企从最初茶叶种植、炒制和销售的小作坊到现在的综合性茶叶庄园,茶企发展速度较快,有一定潜力。文章从激励理论概述、福建省茶企简介、福建茶企管理存在的不足、提升激励制度与茶企管理融合的策略等方面进行研究,以期促进茶企不断发展。

摘  要:
The scientific and perfect management system has a far-reaching impact on the development and long-term stability of enterprises. Modern management theory involves 11 schools, with rich and varied management methods. Incentive theory belongs to management psychology category. The role of motivation is to stimulate employees' dedication and improve the quality of human resources. Chinese tea companies have grown from small workshops where tea was first grown, Fried and sold to comprehensive tea estates.Tea enterprises develop rapidly and have certain potential. This paper gives an overview of incentive theory, a brief introduction to tea enterprises in fujian province, shortcomings in tea enterprises management in fujian province, and strategies to promote the integration of incentive system and tea enterprises management Surface research, in order to promote the continuous development of tea enterprises.
