麦冬和菊三七药用植物内生放线菌的多样性及产酶特性的研究

摘  要:
从麦冬(Ophiopogon japonicus)和菊三七(Gynura japonica)2种药用植物根部共分离得到47株内生放线菌,其中分离自麦冬的有24株,分离自菊三七的有23株。对47菌株进行了分泌胞外淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶特性的研究。结果表明:从以上2种药用植物中分离得到的内生放线菌中具有产胞外淀粉酶活性的菌株39株,产纤维素酶活性的菌株17株,产蛋白酶活性的菌株36株,既能产淀粉酶,又能产纤维素酶和蛋白酶的菌种有15株,没有筛选到产脂肪酶的菌株。对其中部分菌株进行了16S r DNA序列系统发育分析,可知,绝大多数内生放线菌为链霉菌(Streptomyces),其次为小单孢菌属(Micromonospora)放线菌。

摘  要:
There were 24 and 23 strains of endophytic actinomycetes isolated from Ophiopogon japonicus Ker-Gawl and Gynura japonica Juel,respectively.The results of phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequences about partial strains indicated that most isolated strains belonged to Streptomyces and Micromonospora.The feature of excreting enzyme about these strains was studied.The result showed that the number of strains which could produce amylase,protease,cellulase and lipase were 39,17,36,respectively.And the strains which could simultaneously produce amylase,protease and cellulase were 15.No strains were found to produce lipase.
