全面建设小康社会给全国人民带来新希望 ,发奋工作 ,全面建设小康社会“三农”是重中之重 ,山区是重中之难。山区小康社会建设是加速农业 (大农业 )产业化体系建设开始的。但必须确保生态优先 ,依靠科技进步。现在正逢国家六大林业重点工程的实施 ,同时国家扶贫、农业综合开发的实施 ,均有力地支持了山区全面小康社会的建设。

摘  要：
The whole nation will bring about new expectation by constructing comfortable society, in which the three agricultures is the most important and mountain area is the most difficult. Constructing comfortable society in mountain area began with quickening the constrution of agricultural industrialization system. But the priority of ecology and science must be insured and technology is dependent on. State is enforcing six important forestry projects, carrying out the helping the poor project and developing comprehensive agriculture, which will support the construction of comprehensively comfortable society in mountain area.
