本文着重讨论了我国农产品技术性贸易壁垒预警体系的组成、运行过程以及在建立过程中应注意的问题。认为要根据不同时间的TBT—SPS特征建立农产品信息研究系统、农产品TBT—SPS研究系统、国外辅助研究系统以及快速反应系统来对农产品技术性贸易壁垒进行预警。
