摘  要：
采用限制性内切核酸酶MnlⅠ对山羊MSTN基因的379bp扩增产物进行了PCR-RFLP多态性分析,检测到3种基因型,其酶切位点分别由2种共显性基因控制;对该片段的纯合型分别克隆测序发现,BB型在第277位由G→A。证实山羊MSTN内含子二、外显子三(379bp)区域存在多态性。

摘  要：
MSTN gene was amplified and a uniform fragment of 379bp was obtained in main native goat breeds in China.The 379bp PCR product was digested with restriction endomuclease MnlⅠ and genetic polymorphism was investigated by PCR-RFLP. Three kinds of genotypes were found in eighteen populations,which were controlled by two alleles.The amplified fragments of AA and BB of the fragment were cloned and sequenced.The result showed that in 379bp,BB genotype had one substitution mutation at 277 site(G→A),indicating that there were polymorphisms in intron 2 and extron 3 regions of MSTN gene.
