花蓟马发育起点温度和有效积温的研究

摘  要:
在不同恒温条件下测定了花蓟马各虫态的发育历期,并用直线回归法计算出花蓟马各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:随着温度的升高,花蓟马的历期明显缩短;其发育速率与温度间有很大的相关性;花蓟马卵、1~2龄若虫、3龄若虫(前蛹)、4龄若虫(蛹)、成虫产卵前期及全世代的发育起点温度,依次为10.06、10.83、12.39、10.00、14.56和10.12℃,有效积温依次为:70.74、74.94、16.21、41.52、15.82和234.36日度。

摘  要:
Each development period of Frankliniella intonsa Trybom was studied under a range of constant temperature(16、20、24、28 and 32℃)in the laborary.The relationship between temperature and development speed of each life stage fitted with liner model.The development was relative to temperature for Egg,Nymph Ⅰ.~Ⅱ.,Nymph Ⅲ.(Prepupa),Nymph Ⅳ.(Pupa),Pre-oviposition adult.Whole generation was 10.06,10.83,12.39,10.00,14.56 and 10.12℃.The effective degree-days for the development of each life stage were 70.74 for Egg,74.94 for Nymph Ⅰ.-Ⅱ.,16.21 for Nymph Ⅲ.,41/52 for Nymph Ⅳ.,15.82 for Pre-oviposition adult and 234.36 for Whole generation.
