茶叶揉捻机自动加压装置应用研究

摘  要:
传统茶叶揉捻机人工转动手摇转轮加压方式会因为操作不熟练、操作疲劳等原因造成揉捻机成条率、细胞破损率指标不达标,影响揉捻质量,且存在一定安全隐患。通过在揉捻机揉桶加压杆上安装由同步电机、同步皮带轮及同步皮带组成的自动加压装置,不仅可以避免人工手摇转轮加压方式的缺陷,而且还可以降低劳动强度、增加工作安全性、提高工作效率,为实现茶叶生产自动化流水作业创造条件。

摘  要:
Traditional rolling machine with hand-wheel compression mode had the problems of the operating unskilled,operating fatigue,et al.that led to the rolled twig rate and the broken cell rate were substandard,affected the quality of rolling,and had certain security hidden danger.In the rolling barrel pressure bar installed the automatic compression device that were composed of the synchronous motor,timing belt pulley and timing belt,to avoid hand-wheel compression mode drawbacks,reduce the labor intensity,increase safety,improve work efficiency,create the condition for tea production automation.
