动物气分证模型研究进展

摘  要：
气分证是一种典型的温病证候。现代临床的许多传染性和感染性疾病过程中都有气分证表现。气分证是温热之邪入里,发生正盛邪实之争,机体证候表现以高热症状为主,并导致机体脏腑功能失常,是病机传变的关键时期。有关气分证的现代医学研究主要集中在动物模型制作、单一化的试验指标检测、气分证辨证分型及药效学评价方面,这些在单系统、单层次的研究难以全面揭示证候的科学内涵。用现代生命科学理论揭示气分证理论中蕴藏的科学内涵和微观本质具有重要的指导价值。论文综述了动物气分证模型的研究进展,并展望了蛋白质组学研究在白虎汤和气分证方证相关理论基础上的意义。

摘  要：
Qifen syndrome is a representative of warm disease.The syndrome has a performance in the process of many infectous diseases.Higher febrile response is a main symptom of the syndrome,then lead to dysfunction of viscera.It is a critical stage of febrile disease transmission.At present,studies of Qifen syndrome mainly focus on model establishment,single experiment index,differentiation of syndrome,and pharmacodynamic evaluation on the syndrome.These researches are too single-systematic and monolevel to reveal scientific essence of the syndrome.It is important to reveal the microscopic nature and scientific connotation of the Qifen syndrome with the help of modern life science theory.The paper reviewed the research progress on animal model of Qifen syndrome,and prospected the proteomics research points in Baihutang and Qifen syndrome based on the theory of correspondence of prescription-syndrome.
